At our core, we believe that local is powerful - and that brands should be able to have both consistent messaging and genuine, community-level engagement.

Our team pinpointed critical friction points in the user journey and introduced intelligent workflow improvements, leading to faster onboarding, stronger retention, and increased customer lifetime value. With centralized customer data and personalized marketing outreach, we unlocked new revenue opportunities and significantly boosted campaign ROI across multiple channels.

We envision a world where local teams aren’t stifled by corporate control, and corporate teams aren’t overwhelmed by local noise - but where both sides work in harmony, empowered by the right platform and insights.

Our Story & Evolution

SocioLocal began with Stephen Malone, inspired by one clear frustration: the growing disconnect between brands and their local audiences. Starting out, we worked closely with independent businesses on their digital marketing, gaining first-hand insight into the real challenges of building and scaling a strong local presence.

As our customers’ needs evolved, so did we. In 2019, we launched SocioConnect, our flagship platform, to allow multi-venue organisations to centrally manage distributed digital marketing.

Over time, we added critical modules, reputation management, analytics, advertising, and more - to build a full tech stack for local-first marketing. In 2022, we welcomed Michael Nolan as CEO and Co‑Founder, a leader with deep experience in scaling tech and eCommerce companies, to guide our next growth phase.
